In order to proceed with your Permit purchase, you must accept the conditions of permit, as well as the properties specific conditions.
By entering this property you are waiving any laws that stipulate responsibility on the members of the property, community and or Trust and accepting your own responsibility for your own actions, this also includes your own transportation and property.in other words you are responsible for your own health and safety.
The purchased permit you have purchased for $5 adds you to our Private Members Association. As a member of our PMA allows you to purchase products and accept our services without interference from the public sector.
Each individual needs to pay $5 membership to be included into our PMA.
A membership permit is valid for 3 months from the date purchased.
You have a Duty of Care (moral and legal obligation) to ensure the safety and well being of yourself, the wildlife and farm animals and plants (sentient beings) of this space.
Some tracks on the property are 2 wd and some are 4wd, you are responsible for finding out which ones are suitable for your automobile.
There are no refunds on your $5 PMA membership.
All bookings and payments are final, however you can change your stay or attendance to a future date.
Do not approach any farm animals quickly or make fast actions around them, preferably stay away from any livestock without supervision. If you get injured by any animal on this property (which would be almost impossible ) we waive any responsibility for your injuries.
It is your adult duty to check if fires are allowed and if you have chosen to camp during a fire ban. Always ask or carry water to put out a fire if necessary, or make sure you have the managers or community members phone numbers in case of a emergency

If you do not wish to stay at your booked campsite please advise so we can find you a more favourable one to yourself.
No jumping in dams and doing anything near waterholes that could cause you injuries.
Always pick up your rubbish.
You can extend your camping stay should you wish to.
The camping areas are bare and have minimal extras.
Please keep your pets on a leash and your children in your eye sight and at close range.
You can bring a generator if it is a quiet one and no loud music that may distract others.
No firearms allowed.
If you are a smoker do not leave your butts on the ground or flick them into the paddocks and dry grass.
No illegal substances allowed.
